EX GLOBE

was part of my Master work at Konstfack.

In the project I examined industrial objects in glass and ceramics - the fact that the materials have been soft and that the material glass can become soft again.

​

I deformed already existing lamp globes in the glass-oven. The larger I manufacture in a glass studio together with a glass blower.

​

One globe is placed in the classic restaurant Kvarnen at Medborgarplatsen in Stockholm among other round globes from the 50th.

​

One is placed at the Department of Evolutionary Sciences at Uppsala University.
